When creating a promotion, the “Max # of Rewards” refers to the maximum number of rewards that can be claimed as part of that particular promotion. This setting allows you to limit the total number of rewards available to be given out or redeemed within the promotion.

This allows you to create promotions with exclusivity. For example, “The first 100 people to post on Instagram“, or “The first 10 people to spend $1000“.
