How Do I Enable SMS Messaging for my Team?
1. Access Team Settings
- Log in to your Promotion Vault account
- Click “Team Settings” in the navigation menu
2. Enable Customer SMS Notifications
To allow SMS messages to be sent to your customers:
- In the Team Settings page, locate the “Treat customer mobile number as verified for first qualified reward” option
- Click the toggle button to enable this feature
3. Enable Employee SMS Notifications
To allow SMS messages to be sent to your employees:
- In the same Team Settings page, locate the “Treat employee mobile number as verified for first qualified reward” option
- Click the toggle button to enable this feature
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Check the box that states: “By checking this box, you agree to the Promotion Vault terms and conditions and confirm that your organization has obtained the necessary legal permission to send SMS messages via Promotion Vault on your behalf. You agree to indemnify and hold Promotion Vault harmless from any claims or liabilities related to these messages. Additionally, you agree to promptly remove phone numbers manually or electronically if permission to send messages is revoked.”
5. Save Your Changes
- Click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes
