What do the statuses on Rewards mean?
Not sure what a reward status means? See below for an explanation:
- Processing
- If a reward service fee has not been paid for and activation or activation confirmation email has not been sent. The service fee must be paid in order for the email to go out.
- Waiting Activation
- If the reward service fee has been paid and the reward requires activation and has not been activated by the reward recipient.
- Activated
- If a reward has been activated OR the reward was set to not require activation.
- Completed
- The reward has been funded and is available!
- Voided
- If a reward service fee is not paid within 60 days of eligible date OR
- If a reward fee is not paid within 60 days of available OR
- If a reward doesn’t require activation and isn’t fully funded within 60 days of eligible date.
- Expired
- If a reward:
- Has passed 6 months of availability and can no longer be accessed OR
- The reward wasn’t activated within the set activation window
- If a reward:
- Deleted
- If a reward was removed by an admin user.
